Deedlio is a technology service owned and operated by Deedlio LLC ("Deedlio," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use Deedlio websites, software, communications tools, client portals, and related services.

1. Information We Collect

Depending on how Deedlio is used, we may collect:

• Account and business information, such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, company information, licensing information, billing status, and account preferences.
• Real estate and transaction information, such as property addresses, transaction details, deadlines, contacts, offers, documents, notes, tasks, and communications entered into or processed by Deedlio.
• Client and lead information, such as names, contact information, inquiry details, property interests, communication preferences, consent records, and relationship history provided by users or their clients.
• Communications information, including emails, SMS messages, message metadata, delivery status, and records of communication when users choose to use Deedlio communication features.
• Files and documents uploaded to or generated through Deedlio.
• Usage and technical information, such as device, browser, IP address, login activity, feature usage, and diagnostic information used to operate, secure, and improve the service.
• Connected-service information received when a user connects third-party services such as calendar, email, electronic signature, messaging, storage, or other supported integrations.

• Manage accounts, transactions, contacts, documents, deadlines, communications, client portals, and other requested features.
• Send transactional, service, support, security, email, or SMS communications requested or authorized by users.

• Provide customer support and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and other security threats.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce applicable agreements.

3. SMS and Text Messaging

Deedlio may provide SMS and text-messaging features for users and their clients. Messages may include real estate inquiry responses, appointment or showing coordination, transaction updates, reminders, follow-ups, customer-service messages, and other communications requested by or related to the recipient.

• Recipients must provide appropriate consent before receiving automated or recurring SMS messages where consent is required by law or carrier rules.
• Consent may be documented through a website form, written consent, verbal consent, or another lawful method appropriate to the communication.
• Message frequency varies based on the user's relationship and activity.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Recipients may reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help.

We do not sell mobile numbers or SMS consent information. We do not share mobile information, SMS opt-in data, or consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

We may share limited mobile information with service providers that help us deliver or support the messaging service, such as telecommunications carriers, messaging providers, hosting providers, security providers, and infrastructure vendors. Those disclosures are made only as necessary to provide the requested service, maintain security, or comply with law.

4. When We Share Information

We may disclose information in the following circumstances:

• Service providers. We use vendors that help provide hosting, database, email, SMS, electronic-signature, analytics, security, payment, and other infrastructure services.
• User-directed sharing. Information may be shared when a user intentionally sends, assigns, publishes, or gives access to information through Deedlio.
• Legal and safety reasons. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, regulatory requirements, protect rights or safety, investigate abuse, or enforce agreements.
• Business transactions. Information may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar corporate transaction, subject to applicable law.

We do not sell personal information for money, and we do not sell or share mobile information or SMS consent for third-party marketing.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, satisfy user instructions, maintain business and transaction records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, meet legal or regulatory obligations, and protect the security and integrity of Deedlio. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and how it is used.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Choices

Depending on your relationship with Deedlio and applicable law, you may be able to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information. Deedlio account holders can also update many account and communication settings directly in the service.

SMS recipients can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. Email recipients may use available unsubscribe controls where applicable. Transactional or security communications may still be sent when necessary to provide requested services.

8. Information Provided by Deedlio Customers

Real estate professionals and other organizations may use Deedlio to manage information about their own clients, leads, transactions, and contacts. In those situations, the Deedlio customer may be responsible for determining why and how that information is collected and used. Requests concerning information controlled by a Deedlio customer may need to be directed to that customer.

9. Third-Party Services and Links

Deedlio may integrate with or link to third-party services. Those third parties operate under their own privacy policies and terms. We encourage users to review the privacy practices of any third-party service they choose to connect or use.

10. Children's Privacy

Deedlio is a business and real-estate technology service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through the general Deedlio service.

11. U.S. State Privacy Rights

Residents of certain U.S. states may have additional privacy rights under applicable state law. Depending on the circumstances, those rights may include access, correction, deletion, portability, or the right to opt out of certain uses of personal information. We will respond to applicable requests as required by law.

12. Changes to This Policy
